GreenApple Furniture Services ("GreenApple," "we," "us," or "our") provides furniture repair services, warranty-service support, paid repair services, scheduling, customer support, customer portal and technician portal experiences, and related communications. Information We Collect

We may collect contact and account information such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, billing or contact details, and portal account identifiers. We collect service and warranty information such as repair requests, warranty claims, appointment details, work-order history, furniture type, brand, model, serial or order information when provided, technician notes, status history, and scheduling preferences.

We may collect photos, videos, documents, and other files you upload or send for diagnosis, repair, warranty administration, estimates, or support. For payments, we collect transaction-related information such as payment amount, status, receipts, and billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe; GreenApple does not store full payment card numbers.

We may collect portal credentials and account-security information, communication preferences, support messages, email/SMS/MMS/voice communication records, opt-in and opt-out status, delivery status, consent records, and suppression preferences. We may also collect device, browser, analytics, cookie, and log information, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, site interactions, approximate location from IP address, cookie identifiers, analytics events, and system logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, schedule, dispatch, and administer furniture repair, warranty service, paid repair, customer support, and technician workflows. We use information to create and manage accounts and portals, process service requests, prepare estimates and invoices, process payments through Stripe, send receipts, manage billing and records, confirm appointments, notify customers about work-order status, communicate about warranty or repair questions, and respond to support requests.

We also use information for fraud prevention, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, service improvement, analytics, operational planning, and internal reporting. We may use AI-assisted tools to help organize service information, summarize records, identify operational next steps, prioritize work, and support internal recommendations. These tools assist GreenApple operations and customer support; they do not replace required human approval for sensitive decisions such as payments, legal matters, or broad customer communications.

Communications and SMS Privacy

We may send operational or transactional communications by email, SMS, MMS, voice call, and portal notification. These may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, technician communication, repair-status updates, quote and payment notifications, receipts, account or security notices, warranty-service updates, work-order notifications, and customer-support messages. These service-related communications may be necessary to provide our services and may continue even if you opt out of optional marketing.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver requested communications and services. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

These providers may include Stripe for payment processing and receipts; Twilio for voice, SMS/MMS, and communication delivery information; Twilio SendGrid for transactional email and, if later enabled, marketing email delivery; Google Workspace for human mailbox, reply, and support operations; Supabase for backend database, authentication, storage, functions, and event records; and Wix for website hosting, forms, cookies, and site analytics. We share information with these providers only as needed for business operations, service delivery, security, compliance, or support. We may also share information with technicians, contractors, warranty or administrative partners, legal or compliance advisors, or authorities when necessary.
